Please read these simple rules before you book a safari with us. When you book with us, you agree to them.
Who we are
MP Forest Online is run by Banjari MP Tours, a private travel agency. We help you book safari permits for Kanha, Bandhavgarh, Pench, Panna and Satpura. This is not an official government website. The forest department gives out every permit.
Booking
- Your booking is done only after you pay and we send you the permit.
- Seats depend on what the forest department has open. We cannot promise a seat before the permit is made.
- Give the right name, age and ID card number for each guest. A wrong detail can make the permit useless.
Price
- Our price covers the permit fee, gypsy hire and guide fee, unless we tell you something else.
- If the forest department changes its fee, our price can change too. We will tell you before you pay.
On safari day
- Bring the same ID card you gave at booking. Every guest must show it at the gate.
- Reach the gate on time. A late round cannot be moved to another time.
- Follow all forest rules. Do not get out of the gypsy, shout, feed animals or throw litter.
- We cannot promise you will see a tiger or any animal.
Cancellation
The forest department sets most cancellation rules. We will tell you the cancellation rules for your booking before you pay.
When the park shuts
The forest department can shut a zone because of rain, flood or other reasons. Then we follow the department’s rules for refund or a new date.
