This page tells you what details we take from you, why we take them, and how we keep them safe. MP Forest Online is run by Banjari MP Tours, a private travel agency. This is not an official government website.
What details we take
- Your name, phone number and email, when you fill a booking form or message us.
- Your safari date, park, zone, safari type and number of guests.
- Name, age, gender and ID card details of each guest, only when we book a safari permit for you. The forest department needs these for every permit.
Why we take them
- To check seats and book your safari permit.
- To call you, WhatsApp you or email you about your booking.
- To send you your permit and trip details.
Who we share them with
- The MP forest department booking system, only for your permit.
- The gypsy driver, guide or hotel, only what they need for your trip.
We never sell your details. We do not share them for ads.
How long we keep them
We keep booking details only as long as we need them for your trip, for any refund, and for our tax records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
